This course covers professional issues surrounding auditing and financial control systems with a primary focus on financial statement analysis and auditor decision-making based on this analysis. Topics include management fraud, auditing standards, sampling methods, and collection of audit evidence. Credit not allowed for both MGT 4041 and MGT 6042.
